Like whole wheat flour and high sugar fruits like banana, watermelon, mangoes,etc. Add fibre rich foods like low fat milk, low sugar fruits like apple, papaya, jamun, vegetables, whole pulses and legumes, millets like ragi, jowar, bajra, etc, and nuts and seeds. You should get your diabetes and thyroid levels checked on monthly basis to get to know an exact required diet plan.
