hello bleeding from gums could be because of deposits on your teeth, visit your dentist and get your scaling done, brush twice a day and rinse after every meal.

Sounds like a pocket. Get a scaling done. Brush twice a day with any available toothpaste. Do gum massage after brushing.

(1)"dantkanti" a tooth paste which had been launched few years back with flashy advertisement Doesn't make it to be a superior tooth paste than pastes which goes through vigorous scrutiny since years (Colgate/pepsodent/gsk ) (2)Any tooth paste which has fluoride will help  u. (3)For every 6 months visit a dentist, regardless of which tooth paste u use. (4) a dentist (periodontist) would teach u a good brushing methods. (5) pain could be due to tooth infection or gums. U need help from a dentist to rule out this.

I think you didn't use that side for chewing, if it is so, start eating from that side, do professional cleaning (scaling) of gums, definitely you will feel difference
Next Steps
maintain balanced chewing, cleaning
Health Tips
take mouthwash on alternate days while performing professional cleaning(scaling)

Bleeding from the gums is a sign of gum infection/inflammation, and this is not always reversible with brushing..... the toothpaste doesn't make much of a difference and what actually matters is the brushing technique that you employ to clean your gums.... most likely you will be requiring a session of teeth cleaning followed by a guidance about the proper brushing technique for better gum health in the future..... Regards.....
Next Steps
visit your dentist for a proper clinical examination

The mild pain could be because of your gum issue or due to some decay. Use of brush and toothpaste is only effective in maintenance of teeth, not correcting gum/ teeth problems after they start. For that you need to visit a dentist and clean your gums and get your teeth checked. Correct technique of brushing is also important. Please find out which is the best toothpaste for you in case your current one is not effective.
