Dengue with fever and lower limb pain

My daughter, 24 yrs diagnosed with dengue . Fever is 100 F but severe lower limb. Platelets are 1.5 lacs . Not much relief on pain with paracetamol. Pl advise for reducing lower limb pain.

Is there any swelling or redness in the lower limb? Any back ache? Dengue usually doesn't target one body part. There is generalised weakness and pain.

Fluids should be high.. paracetamol if fever. CBC repeat alternate days to check the values and consult for further advice.
