Dengue positive. Abdominal pain
I had fever since 3 days. Took dengue test and it came out positive. Yesterday platelet count was 1.25 and today it is 1.63. My fever is subsiding slowly. Doctor said admission is not required. Now I feel discomfort and throbbing pain in my abdomen area which is not constant. Should I go to hospital now? I am worried. Kindly advise

Abdominal pain is common in dengue and takes 3-4 days to resolve
Its treatment is plenty of fluids orally in form of water/nimbu pani/coconut water/fresh juices
Pain is due to water deficit in body
With good hydration pain will resolve fast
