I am facing delayed period by 10days minimum each month since past 4months. No stress. Previously my cycle was 30days now its 40+days. No medical condition.

If you are planning a pregnancy then it is different. Otherwise you should not interfere with your menstrual cycle. If it is regular at 40 days interval please let it continue.
