First start taking balanced diet which should include whole grains, millets, fresh fruits and vegetables, nuts and seeds. Take milk and milk products. Have curds in the lunch with chia seeds added.
For
vitamin D take vitamin D3, 60k once in a week for 8 weeks. For iron take green leafy vegetables, lentils, bottle guard, dates, raisins, watermelon. Take amla, lemon, citrus fruit, guava for vitamin C.
Go for walk after sunrise for 30-40 minutes atleast.
