If doctor had advised you to go for injections for
Vitamin b12 , then it’s better to go for it cause it’s an expert advise..and that has to be followed..
you get vitamin B 12 through non-vegetarian diet …I,e animal based protein consumption etc..
For
vitamin d , as per physician advise it’s better to go for vitamin d supplementation..as well…
You get Vitamin d through natural sources in very limited quantities such as eggs, vitamin d fortified milk and cereals, vitamins fortified oils etc..
Exposure to sun is the best recommended as always!!!
For
triglycerides you need to have low fat substitutes in diet, should cut on bad fats and include more of good fats in your daily diet…
Include foods rich in omega 3 and 6 essential fatty acids like salmon , Macarel , wild sea fish etc..and flaxseeds , flaxseed oil, walnuts, avocados, chia seeds etc to be liberally included in the daily diets and apart from diet , should do lots of physical activities such as exercises both morning and evening with 45 mins of brisk walking compulsorily daily on all the days of the week without fail..
Having warm lemon water without
sugar or honey on empty stomach upon waking is advised…
Can also consume green tea without sugar or honey…
And cut down on refined / simple carbohydrates and include low GI based complex carbohydrates like whole grain cereals, millets etc …
Stop sugar and it’s substitutes, sweets, all outside foods, processed and packaged foods…
