Hello Vitamin D can be taken as capsule, powder or shots. Best time to take is in the morning followed by sunbathing in morning hours only for 15 to 20 minutes. Consult a physician for your dosage needs.

Your Vitamin D level of 24 ng/mL is mildly low and can be corrected safely with supplementation. A practical option is Vitamin D3 2000 IU once daily, taken after food. This is usually enough for levels in the 20–30 range and is safe for daily use. If you prefer a weekly dose instead of daily tablets, you can take: Vitamin D3 60,000 IU once a week for 6–8 weeks, then stop and recheck. Do not take 10,000 IU daily unless advised by a doctor, as very high daily doses are unnecessary in your case.

For vitamin D If you’re deficient, doctors prescribed high dose vitamin D For a period of, then switch to maintaiance dose . For calcium Usually spilt doses are better to improve absorption and reduce side effects Important tip or precautions 1. Take vitamin D with a meal that has fat - for better absorption Don’t overdo calcium - too much it’s affect kidney and forms stones Since vitamin D fat soluble , very high doses can lead toxicity Recheck your vitamin D and calcium after few months of supplementation to make sure you’re on track
