The best sources of B12 from foods are found in meat, eggs and dairy. Cheese and paneer are good sources of B12. Adding yeast for fermenting your dosa and appam may help in better absorption of b11 into the system If symptoms of b12 deficiency is more than tolerant with lethargy, tiredness, muscle fatigue and heart racing more than tolerable with physician advise a few doses of b12 injection can be administered simultaneously following the diet too
