Hello sir After evaluation of your xray. I can see a deep cavity in the adjacent which is present adjacent to your extraction space. This is very common finding as tilted wisdom cause food lodgement which results in cavity in adjacent teeth. Most probably this will go for root canal as exposed nerve is causing pain and sensitivity. That has to be excavated and evaluated at the time of treatment.

Hello! The pain Seems to be from the distal aspect of the second last molar. Would advice to avoid extreme hot or cold food or beverage from that side. Also, get it evaluated by the dentist. Requires deep filling/ root canal treatment. Hope this helps.
