Dark spots on fromt teeth
I have black dark spot on my two front teeth,many times i have cleaned it through visiting a dentist but somehow within one month it came back again,what should i do?

Hi ..the upper front teeth with dark yellow discolouration due to intrinsic stains is Fluorosis.Fluorosis due to intrinsic stains cannot be removed by normal cleaning.It has to be treated aesthetically by Veneers,Ceramic crowns or other crown fixations.

It is due to fluorosis of teeth which cannot be resolved by general cleaning. There are white patches on other teeth as well which is an indication of this problem. It can be corrected aesthetically and functionally for future by capping. It is a simple procedure and the issue can be solved permanently.

The stains on your teeth could be just external and can be removed in the dental office after which you could maintain oral hygiene. Another reason could be any sort of trauma which is causing the tooth to discolor often. Or it could be the color of your enamel right from the beginning.

It's will be fixed by the dentist by a procedure of veneers I. e artificial tooth with shade matching the adjacent teeth will be decided by the dentist after through clinical examination. Depending upon the results of the investigations treatment planning will be decided.
