I have dark brown stools sometimes not tarry stools. Some times yellow stools. I don't have abdominal pain or nothing. I have anal fissure problem. What's the reason for this dark brown stools?

You are having Dark brown still Tarry stools Yellow stools. You have a good choice of colours. You should be happy that you don't have blood in the stools.
