Hi doctor, recently I have done blood test which shows my vitamin d3 is 23ng  , insufficient I am having extreme anxiety and I start crying and having thoughts of my past and feelings tired of life , from 8 months Is this all symptoms are because of my low vitamin d3

Vitamin d insufficiency is unlikely to cause the symptoms you are experiencing, rather related to mental health issues.Consider consulting a clinical psychologist in your area for appropriate management

Rise early in the morning - show your face to SUN , feel blessed , let SUN shower it's morning soft rays on your naked body. Low D3 (23 ng/mL is mildly insufficient) can contribute to fatigue, low mood, and worse anxiety — it's a real factor and worth correcting. But what you're describing — crying, resurfacing thoughts of your past, and feeling tired of life for 8 months — sounds bigger than what a vitamin deficiency alone usually causes. A D3 level of 23 is only mildly low; it wouldn't typically explain this level of emotional pain on its own.

Vit D3 deficiency alone could not define the symptoms you are having. D3 acts more like a hormone in body Symptoms usually involve fatigue, bone pain, muscle cramps As for your symptoms your history and further evaluation is necessary
Next Steps
Go for a TSH test as for now
