Received the below comments from ct neck scan. Please advise if it is serious. I am worried. Thanks "Small hypodensity seen in both lobes of thyorid with no calcifications - needs usg correlation "

First we would like to know the symptoms that lead you to take CT in the first place . If it was an accidental finding it would be benign like cyst or nodule as there is no calcification to make it worrisome . Given your age and gender , it can be benign .
Next Steps
For further evaluation have an Ultrasound to have a clear differential diagnosis and consult an endocrinologist .
