I have been tested covid positive.. I have no other except little change if voice I.e. lil scratchy throat. how do I treat myself. My reports are still positive. Which medicine should I take. Can steam help?

yes steam is very helpful 3-4 times a day and also warm saline gargles 3-4 times.
