Get to an emergency care and get checked as phenol is alkaline in nature and cause adverse effects like perforation of stomach . Will also affect other organs like kidney ( acutely kidney failure) brain and pneumonitis in lungs if aspirated .

Drinking Phenyl poses effects of multiple orgals like GI track, Kidney, Brain, Skin etc. Consuming 10-20ml concentratted Phenyl is considereded fatal.
