Constipation is an inoccuous symptom .  It is much more common than poor urine flow. I hope you have consulted a qualified Urologist (MCh) and not a General Physician. Urologists almost never will attribute poor urine flow to constipation. Please  consult a General Surgeon in your area with all your documents , including the opinion of the Urologist.

Both might occur together if there is some MASS blocking both BLADDER AND INTESTINE, AND TRUST ME AN UROLOGIST WILL NEVER MISS THAT MASS. BOTH MIGHT ALSO OCCUR IF THERE IS LACK OF FLUID INTAKE, AND THE UROLOGIST MIGHT HAVE WANTED TO CONVEY THIS ONLY.
