I have a problem in my right 3rd molar and there is a damaged inside my molar and it's very painful.

Please visit a dentist...you will probably need to get an x ray to check if it needs only a filling or if it requires extraction.
Next Steps
Do warm salt water gargles to keep it clean, till you can get it treated. If very painful then take a painkiller but better to avoid any other medication till you get it checked.
