I am having a toothache after filling my one of the teeth, someone is saying that it is the pressure on the nerve.

Either there could be high points in the filling or a nerve may be exposed,,visit the dentist who has done the filling,,if there is no relief even after checking the high points, then the nerve may be involved and a root canal treatment may have to be done.

Sometimes a day or two are required for tooth to settle down down after filling..If it still hurts just get it evaluated for high points. Once they are reduced you might feel better
