Constant tiredness and restlessness

I'm feeling constant restlessness, feel restlessness for every small topic , i feel to sleep all day even if I sleep for 8 hours i feel tired and noticed one thing my resting heart rate is always above 100/min and sometimes 125 , feels like I'm exploding from inside

A resting pulse constantly above 100, sometimes 125, with tiredness and that "exploding from inside" feeling is a real finding, not just stress. At 25 the top causes I look for are thyroid overactivity, anaemia, low vitamin B12 or D, and anxiety with excess caffeine or nicotine - and thyroid tops that list with your symptoms. Get TSH with free T4, CBC, blood sugar, B12 and vitamin D done, and cut out coffee, energy drinks and tobacco meanwhile.
Next Steps
Get those blood tests and an ECG, then take the reports to a physician. If you get chest pain, fainting or a racing heartbeat with breathlessness, that needs an emergency check the same day. Bring the reports to a Practo consult with me and I will tell you exactly which of these it is and treat it - this is very fixable.

Plenty of conditions in body can lead to tiredness and restlessness. Check you thyroid profile and sugars. Some micro and macronutrient deficiencies can also cause such tiredness. Anemia can cause tiredness Obstructive sleep apnea can cause weakness even after good sleep. Get an ECG to look for normal rythme of the heart. It's always good to consult a doctor in-person, get physical examination and tests done, whichever fits best for you. Medications should be based on your body's condition at present. Simply providing a multivitamin or nutritional supplements won't revert back symptoms. Finding the root cause and targeting that will help you

Persistent resting heart rate >100/min with marked fatigue and restlessness needs evaluation. Possible causes include anemia, thyroid disorder, dehydration, infection, anxiety/stress or an arrhythmia. Please check BP, SpO₂, temperature and resting pulse properly. Get a 12-lead ECG to determine the rhythm. Initial tests: CBC, TSH/FT4, electrolytes, renal function and blood glucose.
Next Steps
Avoid excess caffeine, nicotine, energy drinks and other stimulants meanwhile. If HR remains >120–130 at rest, or there is chest pain, fainting, severe breathlessness or dizziness, seek urgent medical evaluation.
