Feet and heel pains are very common during and after the pregnancy.
Pregnancy hormones cause the joints ligaments to loosen ,along with this there are changes in body alignment and weight gain during pregnancy that renders the weight bearing joints like feet and knees vulnerable to aches and pains.
There is flattening of the arches of the feet due to same reasons causing feet pain.
Switching to good supporting footwear along with hot water fermentation thrice a day, avoiding prolonged standing would help in relieving the pain.
