Constant pain in heels

I had a c section in September. Later from a month I am having pain in heels and now I have also started getting pain in knees. It is higher during night and early morning.. Knees pain while standing and sitting time

Avoid prolonged standing and sitting positions,do mild stretching and strengthening exercise of the legs:1)Quadriceps and hamstring stretch 2)calf stretch 3)quads strengthening by using weight-cuffs. 4)hot formentation for heel pain.

Feet and heel pains are very common during and after the pregnancy. Pregnancy hormones cause the joints ligaments to loosen ,along with this there are changes in body alignment and weight gain during pregnancy that renders the weight bearing joints like feet and knees vulnerable to aches and pains. There is flattening of the arches of the feet due to same reasons causing feet pain. Switching to good supporting footwear along with hot water fermentation thrice a day, avoiding prolonged standing would help in relieving the pain.
