Constant back pain

I am 22 years old and I have constant pain in my back. Its like it occurs almost everyday. Being the man of the house I have to work hard throughout the day and I don't get much rest . I just get a night sleep and that too is not a good night sleep because of this back pain. Because of my work I have to stand throughout the day and I just get to sit down for few times! Also I don't get time to do any exercises or yoga so that it can relieve my pain. Please help me out of this! I need to get through this. Thank you .

A personal consult is important. Though you might like to do some intermittent stretching exercises after every 30 mins. Only one minute breaks. That will help a lot. You are too young to have these issues. See a doctor for a delayed check up.

Kind of back pain u have mentioned is usually due to paraspinal muscle spasms. If u have strenous day and long hours standing at work ghen u probably need to strengthen your back muscles. Get a consultation and some medication for relief and then follow it up with a regular exrercise schdule to strengthen ur back.
Next Steps
consult.
Health Tips
