If you are planning pregnancy, first trimester TSH should be less than 2.5. If not TSH of less than 5 is normal. Did you get tested for Anti TPO antibodies for hypothyroidism? How many years have you been diagnosed with the condition? Kindly connect for further details.

This depends whether you are pregnant or planning pregnancy If yes then you can add 12.5mcg extra else this dose is sufficient

Ur thyroid looks to be under control with Thyronorm 62.5microgram. so u can continue that. If ur planning a pregnancy or are pregnant, u need tighter control to TSH 2.5. Dose needs to be adjusted in that case. Connect for further advice.

TSH should be below 2.5 if you are planning for baby. Consult endocrinologist for proper dose.

Increase the dosage to 75ug per day and Take the tablet empty stomach in the morning, at least 30–45 min before food/tea/coffee. Avoid taking with iron, calcium, antacids (keep a 4-hour gap). And recheck levels after 6-8 weeks
