Please try some healthy lifestyle techniques like meditation / yoga and regular exercise as well as relaxation techniques like breathing exercises. If it does not help please seek professional help to understand the underlying cause and for a detailed evaluation and Treatment.
See a psychiatrist at the earliest of you are feeling sad, have lost interest in things that you liked doing before, feel hopeless and worthless and have thoughts of harming yourself.
