Cholesterol problem

So far I never had cholesterol . Recently I got a test in which my lipid profile shows the borderline levels of cholesterol. I have attached my test report . Do I need to take medication or I can first try to limit diet and then try for medicine. Please suggest the needful.

You should worry more about your thyroid levels.. Than cholesterol.. As with diet and exercise it will be fine.. But for thyroid you have to make follow up.. That shouldn't be deranged..

Your thyroid seems to be normal. Your cholesterol is a little high. You must avoid fatty and oily food. Do regular exercise and chk the cholesterol again after a month. Pls check you blood pressure and sugar levels as well.
