Please refer to the attached lipid profile report.is my cholesterol high .do I need to consult a doctor.i have already changed my lifestyle now i am more active and made chages in diet. Please advise

Your Triglycerides level and Cholesterol level are high. You should get the test done again after one month after you have been following lifestyle modifications for a month. If the report is still high then you should consult a General Physician.

Your total cholesterol is high , triglycerides level is high and LDL is borderline high If you have changed your life style and diet habits recently ,wait till you have completed 6 months. If it's more than 6 months , medications may be needed after your doctor estimates your ASCVD  10 year risk category score . Simultaneously you have to continue your diet , exercise

No need for medications... Please follow a good lifestyle along with these 1. Avoid Sugar and sugar products 2. Avoid Milk and milk products except curd and Paneer 3. Add Fiber in your diet, coloured vegetables 4. Add Oats, quinoa and other complex carbohydrates in your diet. 5. Add protein rich food like soyabean, paneer, rajma, chhole, lobia, whey protein, pea protein etc 6. Water intake: 3-4 liter 7. Avoid mango, cheeku, banana, sharifa, litchi, etc 8.
