It's better to do the root canal treatment. It is necessary to safe the milk tooth rather to get it extracted

There is no definable age for root canal treatment. Any age at which a tooth can be damaged to an extent that nerves are involved and symptoms appear is the appropriate age for root canal treatment if extraction is to be avoided. And extraction much before the normal shedding time is going to cause problems to other teeth and malalignment of permanent teeth. Regards
