1. Dr. Can a diabetic patient take flax, pumpkin, sunflower, black sesame and CHIA seeds in powdered form and when should I take it. 2. And can normal people also take these seeds 3. And can all blood groups take these seeds.

Hi All these seeds have some funtional component a in them. And there are sufficent scientific studies to support these. A diabetic and nondiabetic person can have these. But the dose-time-when to eat needs to be finalised by a nutritionist or a dietician. Flexseeds Have a positive effect on diabetes and CVDs. Chia seeds are equally beneficial.
