Chest pain while running or jumping

I don't do any gym workout but I try go for running every day but for last 2 days I'm feeling pain while running or jumping if I bend down I feel little bit of pain but not a lot but while running I feel it. Why?

This seems like musculoskeletal pain.. Try to walk for few days.. For musculoskeletal skeletal pain... I suggest to take plenty of water. Just keep a check of your water intake. Otherwise you have no issues.
