Cheek mucosa can get caught up between posterior teeth. If its traumatic and sore ,then will need addressing ,like rounding off sharp edges of teeth. Otherwise, nothing to worry, the area will look whiter and feel bumpy due to thickening due to frictional keratoses

Sometimes cheek bite can happen to anyone accidentally. Only if your your any teeth edges are sharp then you should be concerned because sharp teeth will damage the cheek time and again and it's better to get it grinded and make it smooth. you should have a checkup at a dental clinic wheather you really need to get any teeth grinded or not .
