Hi All , i am currently having extreme pain due to cheek bite and ulcers due to third molar (wisdom tooth) eruption.
Taking dologel ct and painkillers for temp relief, how many days does it lasts

Then it's advisable to get it extracted.

Hi,
Painkillers will provide some temporary.However if the tooth does not have enough space to fully erupt it will get impacted (sort of stuck halfway).If that happens the only long term solution is to extract the tooth.In the meanwhile rinsing with warm salt water will also reduce the inflammation.

On occasion a procedure to remove the overlying gum tissue called operculectomy can be performed in some cases which can give relief.
