Hi I am 25 year old boy, I am since 2 years i have been suffering from acute pain in my neck and head. I was diagnosed with vit d3 deficiency and i have already completed the course twice. 2 months back i was diagnoses with straightening of cervical spine. Dr. Asked me to do few exercises. I do them but sometimes the pain becomes so severe to resist. My jaws have also started to get stiffed along with neck (front , sides and back) i gets severe ache in head, around the eyes as well. Please suggest something that could help me. One of my knee joint also starts paining anytime.

Hi  in my opinion u should initially stop all exercises .firstly u should go for pain relief treatment like hot packs  ultrasonic and other physical modalities .then when the pain is relieved by around 30 to 40 Percent then u should start with isometric cervical exercises because doing exercise in pain may elevate it due to muscle spasm
Next Steps
strengthening exercises of cervical muscles and also shoulder muscles
Health Tips
avoid excessive movement of neck during pain use a soft and comfortable pillow maintain correct posture while sitting and lying.avoid sitting for long hours in front of computer
