CBT is Brief therapy and usually lasts at most 14 sessions. To see improvement in anxiety related issues 8-10 sessions are required. Follow ups will be helpful and keep the patient on track. Some of the later sessions may include Schema Focused Therapy can be used to deal with past patterns. Also graded exposure may be needed in later sessions which might be longer around 100mins. Sessions will cost you around ₹2000/ session.

CBT is effective but making sure you work on the action plan(earlier known as homework) is worked in between sessions. No therapy works automatically you have to make it work.
