Please see a dentist and after getting an Xray done get it treated asap. The cavities are big and if tou delay any further they might leas to further damage and treatment cost might go up cause of the delay . Please visit dentist at the earliest and get them restored

From what I can see in the photo that you’ve posted, the cavities might be a bit deep but I can’t be 100% about it until I have an xray to read. Does any of your tooth pain when food gets stuck? Or is there any sensitivity?

Better Visit a local dentist for physical evaluation,  X ray and treatment (as required). If cavity is shallow,  doctor will do filling/restoration. If cavity is deep, doctor will do RCT/Extraction (as per required).
