Capsicum daily intake

I heard that eating capsicum(shimla mirch) on daily basis can cause liver damage and kidney stone but it also rich in vtamin C.  many gram of capsicum we should eat in a day ? I drink raw capsicum juice daily after breakfast.

Hi It's myth but one thing you need to keep in mind fruits and vegetables are lodded with pesticides and chemical so if you wish to drink it should be from organic source otherwise it's not good. Again what compilation you make while Maki juice that is also important.

Hi, Any vegetable should not be taken on daily basis. Excess of any nutrient in the body is bad. Capsicum has capsaicin which has heat effect on the body and also helps in weight loss. But not to be taken on daily basis. 50-70 grams of it is fine for consumption.
