Cant control cravings

2023-07-31 15:57:28
Hello I am 22-year-old male with a weight of 106 kg. Due to my weight I am unable to do any activity as I get tired out so easily n heart rate becomes fast. Now my biggest problem is that I am not able to control my cravings. If I don't eat junk food in two or three days I start feeling depressed. Even if I plan to eat junk food once a week then the whole week I'm just waiting for that one day. I have been to dietician and got diet plans but they do not address my cravings problem. Now it is three days since I consumed anything like pizza burger and I am just getting that instant hours to order something I need it

Kindly connect directly through practo for video consultation. Cravings are sign of lingering nutrient deficiency in the body. Stress will only increase these.
