Hi from the images attached there is a buildup of deposits (calculus) and stains in your lower front teeth region. This is mainly because of the gaps present between your teeth causing plaque accumulation to be frequent, which when not brushed or cleaned properly mixes with your saliva and becomes hard. It may cause bleeding gums and recession ( means gums will go down from your teeth) u can appreciate it....

Its calculus. When bacteria dies, salts from your saliva cause calcification over dead bacteria leading to formation of such calcified deposits. When ignored long enough , can lead to pyorrhea
