Can i go to gym beacuse my humerous bone got fractured befor 5 years & it was joined naturally without any plate . By taking calcium it rejoined again , so i can lift heavy weights or not?

5 yrs , is quite long time for the fracture union. You can do activities like a normal person.

Do have any symptoms ( pain / swelling ) in the injured arm (humerus) ? If no, u can go and start with light exercises and gradually increase weights If yes, consult an orthopaedician first and get x ray

It's been 5 yrs. Fracture would have consolidated You can lift weights and do gym.
