Can I eat eggs during ayurveda medicines

I am taking rasayan churna and bhringrajasav for my hair fall and premature greying hair. Can I eat eggs while taking these medicines? I eat eggs only once a week not more than that.

Yes you can take.  Eggs are good source of proteins.  It should be taken in moderation.  If you are having pittance prakriti take it carefully
