First of all, whatever you are doing, you can do only when you don't have so much pain. If there is no pain then nothing to worry about which I can assume from your description. But there is a process of upgrading exercises, you can not directly jumo to high intensity exercises. Consult a fitness trainer if you don't have any pain or if it's there, then consult a physiotherapist.
Next Steps
If haven't done planks before, I would suggest you start with beginner knee planks instead of toe planks.
Health Tips
There are certain exercises in your regime which are quite basic and few are intensive. So get proper guidelines to do the exercises.

There are grade wise exs to train tummy muscles (core muscles). Whatever, exs you are doing are fine but some are grade 2 and some are grade 3 (mix), so instead of haphazardly doing, please consult a nearby physio who can train you to strengthen your core as well as back musculature.

Chiropractic Mobilization will help. Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Yes you can do but SLR with 2 legs is not safe( depend on present condition) and cat &camel also not safe in acute phase. So will better to consult with nearby physiotherapist first and follow him/her.
