I am having slight discolouration in my finger nails and some one said I should take calcium supplements. Is it correct and if So what do you recommend for the same

Hi. Thank you for the question. There could be many reasons for nail discoloration. Before starting calcium supplement, you test your Serum calcium and vitamim D3 level via a blood test. If they are low than accordingly start with proper supplement.
