Healthy afternoon ma’am, Absence of lunula can mean several things. It is linked with malnutrition, medical conditions and depression. There are different reasons why the lunula changes color and disappear. Malnourished: deficiency of vitamin and minerals in the body, especially vitamin B12 can change the nails.
