Hi  sir, The burning sensation is not related to that extraction. You said sometimes you had burning sensation. Could U explain  the time, duration any redness in that area?   Are You suffering from ulcer ?

Hello sir, Clinical re-evaluation is necessary to formally map the area of altered sensation and to rule out other factors. So kindly visit your Dentist

The timeline of 15 months suggests this may be unrelated to the extraction itself, though nerve sensitivity (Burning Mouth Syndrome) can sometimes follow dental trauma. I recommend a clinical exam to rule out local irritation or nutritional deficiencies. It’s likely manageable, but an in-person evaluation is best.

Hello. Usually these symptoms don't last for so much time post extraction. Kindly consult once with an oral surgeon once
