Burning sensation in anus

For the past 1 month i have burning sensation in anus and penis. I had been recently diagnosed with Diabetes with HBlac 6.7. Had gastric problem due to lifestyle change during lockdown. Now gastric problem is settled. But this burning sensation is irritating and could not concentrate on work and routine. No blood in stools ,no hard stools , urine clear but sometimes little yellowish. Plz advise
