For more than a year I have been feeling muscle twitching or flickering i developed ocd during covid and have been dealing with anxiety ever since first i would get stressed over minor things but that part was not physically painful after some time body twitches and palpitations started but it didn't hurt then I felt my body being pulled or tighten which hurt a little i feel low on energy and weak all the time and now on top of throbbings and pullings my body feels burning sensations also on all over my body I did visit a doctor and did some test where my total vitamin d was 8.1 which is supposed to be 25ish and vitamin b12 is 147 which should be more than 167 also triglycerides were 86 which should be 150 back then I didn't take medicine because I felt well but after few weeks this has all started again and I am suffering for weeks I cant focus on anything I need to relax only and hope it will get better pls help
