Hello! The problem you're facing is cervical pain, which can arise due to many factors, one of which is postural induced pain. We need to evaluate this further, and is there any x-ray imaging available? Please don't take medication blindly as this can be easily misdiagnosed without proper history and evaluation. Kindly consult for detailed advice and treatment. Regards
Next Steps
Improve postural habits at work and start exercising under guidance. Book a consult for detailed explanation and advice.
