The bump in the gums is due to infection of the filled teeth that causes spread of infection periapically and causes gum swelling... it may also due to deposits(PLAQUE AND CALCULUS) which causes gum irritation and gum swelling... complete clinical and radiological examination is necessary to rule out the cause...

Hey it seems like your tooth got infected even after filling and it has now infected the pulp.thats why u see bump or pus coming out of the gums /tooth.visit your dentist.he/she will take xray and do root canal treatment.till that time u can take cepodem two times a day and ketorol dt two times a day.

Probably the swelling is due to the infection lying underneath.  Go for  rvg ( x ray) of that particular tooth and if  the root cause is infection ( periapical) ,  go for rct with a proper course of antibiotics.
