Hello mam.. The bump in the gums is due to infection of the filled teeth that causes spread of infection periapically and causes gum swelling... it may also due to deposits(PLAQUE AND CALCULUS) which causes gum irritation and gum swelling... complete clinical and radiological examination is necessary to rule out the cause...
Next Steps
kindly visit dentist for furthur clinical examination and management

It could be because of two reasons: Re-infection in tooth and/ infection in gum and/ bone surrounding that tooth. Get an x-ray done ASAP. You can contact me through online consultation.

Probably the swelling is due to the infection lying underneath.  Go for  rvg ( x ray) of that particular tooth and if  the root cause is infection ( periapical) ,  go for rct with a proper course of antibiotics.
