Hi Minor Bruises after manual therapy and shock wave are common Nothing to worry If you do icing and moisturise it will come down Even after three days of bruise doesn’t comedown and any itching happens you might pause the physio sessions If possible avoid manual therapy for next sessions
Next Steps
Icing and avoid manual therapy

Hello Mam Having a bruise indicates that you have to stop the therapy you are undergoing, but not to panic because it gets into normal structure after a week. Maintain proper hygiene and bruise will be treated naturally. Thank you.

Please elaborate your concern and what exactly the treatment was given. If a treatment such as soft tissue release was done manually, there can be chances of bruising if cold pack not applied following the release, in order to subside the tissue friction. If the pain or bruising is present please apply cold pack over the thigh region for 10-15 mins.
Next Steps
Take an online consultation for proper guidance
Health Tips
Avoid heat application unless the bruise is gone

Are you on blood thinners? That increases the chances of clots... However that can now be an indication to reduce the pressure.
