Broken shoulder

Hi i have attached recent xray of my husband shoulder which he broke one month before,he is in cast and doctor said to keep the cast some more days.Im looking for other opinion as what should be the future course of action,as we are not in India,we are in Tajikistan so medical services are little lacking hereThankyou

Continue plaster for 1 week.. after 1 week remove it and start gradual physiotherapy and arm pouch application.. Calcium tablet should be consumed daily

The position of the bone is malaligned.. Considering his young age.. The fracture should be reduced perfectly for best results.. In case of limited medical resources, the only option you have is to protect the fracture with a cast and check if its uniting properly.

Next Steps
after 1 week get repeat x ray and then cast removal depending upon status of x ray. after cast removal he will be requiring physiotherapy
