Hi, From past 4 days I had pain in my back, could not stand and seat for long. I showed to a ortho doctor and underwent MRI scan. They said I have small disc bulge and need to take physiotherapy and on medication. Is this normal for 40+ old, can I be normal and participate in sports like cycling and badminton. I know I should not do anything till a month. Please advise if this has caused due to cycling or running,.
